Mr.T Tattoos GmbH.

​1. Introduction 
A unique and high-class experience awaits you. To make the business relationship as pleasant
and simple as possible, it is necessary to establish certain conditions bindingly. Therefore, we
present our general terms and conditions (GTC). Valid from 01.01.2025.

2. Scope of the GTC 
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the
customer (hereinafter "CUSTOMER") and Mr.T Tattoos GmbH (hereinafter "Mr.T Tattoos"). They are
considered an integral part of the contractual relationship between Mr.T Tattoos and the
CUSTOMER. Deviating GTCs of the CUSTOMER are not valid, and changes as well as side
agreements are only valid with express written confirmation by Mr.T Tattoos. Mr.T Tattoos can
change the GTC at any time. The currently valid version of the GTC can be requested from
Mr.T Tattoos at any time.

3. Contract Conclusion and Information Obligations 
The offers of Mr.T Tattoos are non-binding. A binding contract is formed as soon as a customer
commissions a tattoo design and/or makes an appointment. Payment of a deposit by or for
the customer serves as proof of the commission. By placing the order, the customer enters
into a binding agreement. Withdrawal from the contract is excluded. Mr.T Tattoos reserves the
right to refuse orders without giving reasons, without any claims being derived from this. Only
ethically acceptable motifs will be tattooed. Motifs that we consider inappropriate may be
refused. By concluding the contract, the customer accepts these GTC and expressly waives all
claims for damages or other costs in case of complications. The customer is obligated to
provide truthful information at all times (when making an appointment or concluding a
contract). If false information is provided, Mr.T Tattoos may withdraw from the contract. If
unwanted consequences arise due to false information, Mr.T Tattoos cannot be held liable. Before
an appointment, the customer confirms various points in a consent form, including the
explanation of the appointment procedure and the health questionnaire.

4. Conditions 
Tattoos are performed under the highest hygiene standards and with high-quality materials.
Mr.T Tattoos assumes no liability for the quality of tattoos in case of non-compliance with care
instructions.

5. Prices and Payment Terms 
Agreed appointments are binding. The CUSTOMER will be informed about the treatment,
risks/side effects, and the costs incurred during the personal consultation. The prices agreed
upon at the time of commissioning apply, including touch-ups within an agreed period. The
deposit must be paid within 48 hours after the appointment reservation. The remaining
amount is to be paid at the tattoo session. All prices are in Swiss Francs.

6. Customer's Right of Withdrawal 
A cancellation or postponement of the appointment must be made no later than five working
days before the appointment. If the appointment is canceled in a timely manner, the customer
will receive the deposit in full as store credit or a voucher. This voucher and store credit is
valid for 3 years. Vouchers and store credits are personal but can be transferred to another
person upon request. If an appointment is postponed, it can be done once, adhering to the 5-
day notice period. If an appointment needs to be postponed a second time, the deposit will be
forfeited, and a new one must be made. If the customer makes changes to the tattoo idea after
the appointment has been agreed upon, we ask that this be communicated at least 7 working
days before the appointment. Touch-up appointments are included in the price once, if
necessary. If a customer cannot attend the touch-up appointment, the same provisions apply
as for an appointment postponement. If a customer does not attend their touch-up
appointment or does not cancel it in a timely manner, they lose their right to the free touch-
up. We ask our customers to always arrive punctually at the agreed appointment. We
understand that delays can happen. Therefore, we grant a 15-minute grace period. Delays
must be communicated in a timely manner, otherwise, the appointment and deposit may be
forfeited.

7. Persons under 18 Years of Age 
Persons under 16 years of age will not be tattooed. Adolescents between 16 and 18 years of
age can only be tattooed with the consent and in the presence of a legal guardian. Both must
bring valid identification to the appointment.

8. Copyright and Data Protection 
The copyrights of this website and the works lie with Mr.T Tattoos. The customer indemnifies
Mr.T Tattoos from any claims of third parties that may arise due to copyright infringements.
Customer data is treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties. Mr.T Tattoos collects
only the data necessary for the execution of the contract and uses it exclusively for the
purposes authorized by the customer. All data is used confidentially and in accordance with
the statutory data protection regulations.

9. Disclaimer 
Mr.T Tattoos is only liable for direct damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts. Any
further liability of Mr.T Tattoos and any auxiliary persons, in particular, liability for indirect
damages, is excluded, subject to mandatory statutory provisions. Liability for the loss or
damage of personal items is fully excluded.

10. Severability Clause 
If any clause of these GTC is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses. If a
clause of these GTC is only partially invalid, the other part remains valid. Invalid provisions are
replaced by valid provisions that come as close as possible to the economic purpose of the
invalid contractual condition.

11. Jurisdiction 
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from a contract with Mr.T Tattoos is the
seat of Mr.T Tattoos. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved. Swiss law
applies exclusively.

12. Final Provisions 
Mr.T Tattoos reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. At the time of concluding a
contract, only the GTC valid at that time apply.
